How to make Curry Leaves Chutney in Indian style

Why Curry leaves Chutney  
Curry leaves Chutney is a Sounth Indian style traditional receipe and famous in tamilnadu. Recipe will be very tasty with Idly/Dosa.
Ingredients 
1 Oil 2 tsp
2 Urad dal 1 tsp
3 Grated Cocount 2 tsp
4 Red chilli 2 nos
5 Mustard seeds 1 tsp
6 Curry leaves 1 cup
7 Tamarind 1/4 tsp
8 Salt to taste

Step 1: 
Heat the kadai and add urad dhal, red chillies until turns golden brown.
Step 2: 
Wash curry leaves with water and dry it.
Step 3: 
Add curry leaves and fry it for 2-3 mins.
Step 4: 
Add tarmarind, cocount, salt and fry it.
Step 5:  
Grind mixture with required amount of water to a smooth chutney.
Step 6: 
Heat a tsp of oil, add mustard seeds.Add fried items to the chutney.
Step 7: 
Serve it with Idly/Dosa.
