How to make Pavakkai/Bitter Gourd Fry in Indian style

Why Pavakkai/Bitter Gourd Fry  
Pavakkai/Bitter Gourd Fry is a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Pavakkai/Bitter Gourd Fry basically spicy in taste and will be very good with chapathi/Rice.
Ingredients 
1 Oil 2 tsp
2 Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
3 Onion 1 chopped
4 Pavakkai/Bitter Gourd 100 gms
5 Chill powder 1/2 tsp
6 Tumeric Powder 1/4 tsp
7 Salt to taste
Step 1:  
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
Step 2: 
Add the mustard seeds, sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden Brown.
Step 3:  
Add Pavakkai/Bitter Gourd,tumeric powder,chilli powder,salt to it.
Step 4: 
Let it fry on low flame for 15 minutes and add oil if required to it.
Step 5:  
Serve it with chapathi/Rice.
