How to make Seppankilangu/Taro corms Fry in Indian style

Why Seppankilangu/Taro corms Fry  
Seppankilangu/Taro corms Fry is a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Seppankilangu/Taro corms Fry basically spicy in taste and will be very good with Rice.
Ingredients  
1 Oil 2 tsp
2 Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
3 Onion 1 chopped
4 Seppankilangu/Taro corms 200 gms
5 Coriander leaves to taste
6 Chill powder 1/2 tsp
7 Tumeric Powder 1/4 tsp
8 Salt to taste
Step 1:  
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
Step 2:  
Add the mustard seeds, sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden Brown.
Step 3: 
Add Seppankilangu/Taro corms pieces,tumeric powder,chilli powder,salt to it and add water.
Step 4: 
Let it fry on low flame for 10 minutes and add Coriander leaves to it.
Step 5:  
Serve it with Rice.
