Powersheell command is used to launch powershell in ms-dos.
exit command - used to come out from powershell ms-dos.

Example
c:\users>powershell


PS c:\> PS will get appear with the command prompt after logged into the powershell. set of powerful commands only can run via powershell login.
Powershell Window prompt starts with "PS"
