script editor web part used to enter html snippets and scripts.This web part is used to create simple contents with some scripts in the web pages.Can add the webpart by click the add web part in the page or inside the rich content can insert the web part.
Steps to insert script editor webpart 

  1. click the insert button.
  2. then click the add web part
  3. then select the category - media and content then select the script editor
  4. finally click the add button.

Click the down arrow and click the edit web part.
Step 

click the edit snippet button and place the code.
