Why Peerkangai Masala
Peerkangai Masalais a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Peerkangai Masala basically spicy in taste and will be very good with chapathi/Rice.

Step 1:
Make Peerkangai to small pices and keep it aside.

Step 2:
Grind the cocount,Ginger and Garlic pieces,Cloves,Cinnamon into fine paste.

Step 3:
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
|
Step 4:
Add the mustard seeds, sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden Brown.

Step 5:
Add tomato, grinded paste,chilli powder,salt and fry it on low flame for 10 mins.

Step 6:
Add Peerkangai pieces and then fry for 10 mins and add Coriander leaves to it.

Step 7:
Serve it with chapathi/Rice.
