How to make Peerkangai/Ridge Gourd Poriyal in Indian Style

Why Peerkangai/Ridge Gourd Fry 
Peerkangai/Ridge Gourd Fry is a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Peerkangai/Ridge Gourd Fry basically spicy in taste and will be very good with chapathi/poori.
Ingredients  
1 Oil 2 tsp
2 Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
3 Onion 1 chopped
4 Tomato 1 chopped
5 Peerkangai/Ridge Gourd 300 gms
6 Coriander leaves to taste
7 Chill powder 1/2 tsp
8 Tumeric powder 1/4 tsp
9 Salt to taste
Step 1:  
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
Step 2:  
Add the mustard seeds, sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden Brown.
Step 3: 
Add tomato,Peerkangai/Ridge Gourd,Tumeric powder,chilli powder,salt fry it and then add water.
Step 4:  
Let it fry on low flame for 15 minutes aand add Coriander leaves to it.
Step 5: 
Serve it with chapathi/poori.
