How to make Carrot Chutney in Indian style

Why Carrot Chutney  
Carrot Chutney is a Sounth Indian style traditional receipe and famous in tamilnadu. Recipe will be very tasty with Idly/Dosa.
Ingredients 
1 Oil 2 tsp
2 carrot 1/2 Cup
3 cocount 1/2 Cup
4 Red chilli 5-7 nos
5 Mustard 1 tsp
6 Urad dal 1 tsp
7 curry leaves 1 spring
8 salt to taste
Step 1:  
Heat the kadai and add mustard, urad dhal,curry leaves to it.
Step 2: 
Add cocount and red chili fry it.
Step 3:  
Add carrot to it and fry till raw smell disappears
Step 4:  
Grind all the items together along with tamarind and salt with required amount of water to a smooth chutney.
Step 5: 
Serve it with Idly/Dosa.
