Why Spicy Fish Gravy/Meen Kulambu
Fish Gravy/Meen Kulambu is a Sounth/north Indian style traditional receipe.Fish Gravy/Meen Curry basically spicy in taste and will be very good with chapathi/rice.

Step 1:
Add Tumeric powder, chilli powder, salt to fish and keep it aside for 30 mins.

Step 2:
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
|
Step 3:
Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden brown.

Step 4:
Add tomato,Ginger-garlic paste,Chilli powder,Tumeric powder,Salt and let it fry for 2-3 mins.

Step 5:
Add Tamarind juice,water,Coriander powder and boil it for 15 mins.

Step 6:
Add cocount paste to it and boil it in high flame for 10 minutes.

Step 7:
Add Fish mixture in to the curry and turn off after 10 mins.
