Why Aloo Paratha
Aloo Paratha is a north Indian style traditional receipe.Aloo Paratha basically spicy in taste and will be very good with Raita.

Step 8:
Place the rolled paratha gently on it and cook on both sides, using oil or ghee till the parathas are golden brown.

Serve it with Raita.

Step 1:
Mix wheat flour with water,oil and salt.Keep it aside for 10 mins.

Step 2:
Heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds.

Step 3:
When the seeds crackle, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 4:
Add the green chillies, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
|
Step 5:
Add the potatoes, salt, coriander, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 6:
Heat the Thava add oil to it.

Step 7:
Place a little stuffing in the centre of the flour and roll it gently to make a paratha.
