Why Kuli paniyaram
Kulli paniyaram is a Sounth Indian style traditional receipe and famous in tamilnadu.Paniyarm basically spicy in taste and will be very good with coconut chutney.Perfer paniyaram receipe as a snacks to children in evening time and you can add egg to it , get spicy egg paniyaram.

Step 1:
Heat the kadai add oil to it.
|
Step 2:
Add the mustard seeds, sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden brown.

Step 3:
Add Green chilli fry it and add curry and corinader leaves.
|
Step 4:
Let it fry on low flame for couple minutes and add more salt if needed.
|
Step 5:
Then mix it with dosa/idly flour and make it in paniyaram pan.
|
Step 6:
Serve it with coconut chutney.
