Why Chicken Biriyani

Step 1:
Heat the pressure cooker add oil to it.

Step 2:
Add Cinnamon,Cloves,Bay leaves and fry it.
|
Step 3:
sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden brown.

Step 4:
Add tomato together with Ginger Garlic paste,Mint leaves,Briyani masala,chili powder,gram masala and salt to taste.

Step 5:
Fry and add Chicken to it.Add soaked rice to it and fry it gently for 1 min.

Step 6:
Add four cup of water and add Ghee and more salt if needed.

Step 7:
Close the cooker and turn off the stove after 3 whistles.
