2 cup(Soaked in water for 1 hr) |

Step 1:
Soak the Green Peas/Patani in water for 8 hrs.

Step 2:
Heat the pressure cooker add oil to it.
|
Step 3:
Add Cinnamon,Cloves,Bay leaves and fry it.
|
Step 4:
sauté it with onion until the onion becomes Golden brown.
|
Step 5:
Add tomato together with Ginger Garlic paste, Green Chilli pieces, gram masala and salt to taste.

Step 6:
Fry and add Green Peas/Patani to it.Add soaked rice to it and fry it gently for 1 min.

Step 7:
Add two cup of water and add Ghee and more salt if needed.
